Mark Goulding founded Winchester Coffee Roasters in 2012 after almost 20 years in Australia learning his craft. He personally oversees the roasting programme and leads Coffee Roasting Masterclasses at the Coffee School.

Theresa Goulding is Co-Director and co-founder of Winchester Coffee Roasters Ltd, helping run the family business since it was established in 2012.

Billy Goulding is the equipment sales specialist at Winchester Coffee Roasters, helping customers choose the right espresso machines and brewing equipment including the Sage, Crem, Rancilio, and Sanremo ranges. Also part of the Basingstoke team.

Saskia Ward is a Coffee Roaster and Instructor at Winchester Coffee Roasters, roasting coffee and training students at Winchester Coffee School.

Jemma Maguire-Hall joined Winchester Coffee Roasters in 2021, bringing a background in cafés, restaurants, bars, product development, sales and marketing with some of the world's largest brands. She roasts coffee and delivers barista training at Winchester Coffee School.

Patryk Malec works across roasting, barista training, and front of house at Winchester Coffee Roasters.

Anoushka is Chief Coffee Packer and Barista at Winchester Coffee Roasters, ensuring every online and in-store order is packed and prepared to the highest standard.
