We use Royal Mail and UPS delivery services. The courier used to deliver your order will be dependent on the weight of the package, please find the relevant details below.

How much does delivery cost?

Our current delivery prices can be found below and are subject to change:

  • From 250g  £2.25 by Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • From 500 g-1990g £3.00 by Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • From 1990g up to 30kg is  £7.50 by UPS Guaranteed Next Day (Signature is required)

Where will you deliver to?

Our standard delivery service applies to Mainland UK only. Other destinations may have different prices.

How long until I receive my order?

For coffee orders, we roast our web orders on Tuesday & Thursday and aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (not accounting for weekends and Bank Holidays)

We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your coffee within 7 working days of order, usually orders will be received within 4 days from ordering.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

For orders shipped via Royal Mail, a missed delivery may result in your package being taken to your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office.

UPS will need a signature in order to deliver. If delivery is missed, you will be offered a free redelivery.
