Our Costa Rica Coffee is from the Santa Anita Estate in the Naranjo Region. The tasting profile for this coffee is:
- Aroma: Well balanced sweetness
- Acidity: High Acidity
- Body: Full Body
- Flavour: Sweet toffee and Caramel, wth vanilla and tropical fruits.
Located in Centra America, this coffee has a rainforest alliance certificate. This means they are working to protect this incredible habitat. It is grown on a large family-run farm and has been for five generations. Favouring a Fully washed process. Grown at 1,300m above sea level. Costa Rica as a country has been striving to improve their coffee from all parts of the country. This makes the origin have an almost boutique reputation. The country is currently experiencing a decline in mass production farms in favour of those which produce smaller micro lots.
This coffee is featured in our Flat white Blend but on its own we think you should try it Black, made on a filter method.
