Our Nicaragua Coffee has made quite an impact since we started getting it two years ago. It has also become a perfect part of our Flat White Blend. Here are the tasting notes:

- Acidity: Medium
- Body: Smooth
- Flavour: Sweet Vanilla Chocolate.
The Nicaragua coffee is a Caturra varietal of Arabica. The farm uses a Pulped Natural process otherwise known as a Honey process. This coffee has a lovely sweetness which makes it perfect for your flat whites.
Although, this coffee is sourced through the IAC. The farm has its own website where they describe all the smaller farms which are part of their collection. This also shows us their sustainability efforts in regards to their staff and environment. This farm is family own and all of them have an important part in the business which is alway great to see! Some of the family also work in the medical industry, making them really talented people.
